My name is Lisa and I am the founder, researcher and mum (of a rambunctious toddler, and a newborn) behind Play Nourish Thrive.

When I first became a mum, I was overwhelmed by the amount of baby and toddler products on the market.

I used my masters level training and professional experience working in child development, along with my PhD level research skills to carefully identify functional and beautiful products that do what they claim.

I have tried and tested all of the products with my two children to ensure they stand up to real life with a baby or toddler!
