Play Nourish Thrive is a business and community, with the aim to empower and support parents to do better than just survive. As parents ourselves, we had listened to the podcasts, read the blogs, and attended the (online) prenatal classes, and we still felt completely underprepared once we brought our new bundle of joy home.

There are literally thousands of products out there claiming they will make your baby sleep, overcome all your feeding issues, and help you become a calm and confident parent. As a public health researcher I applied the same scientific method to investigating what products would actually help make life easier with a baby. We researched, bought and tested these products. We weeded out the scams, low-quality and low-return for your dollar products. To this end, Play Nourish Thrive was born.
