Many mothers put so much focus on the well-being of their baby that they often loose themselves in the process.

What mothers need is a reminder that they matter too. That they are deserving of self-compassion, and to be cared for alongside their baby. 

This beautiful set of 30 mother-centric support cards do just that! Perfect as a gift for the pregnant person or new mother in your life.

These support cards have been created by perinatal planning and support business, MotherUp, and are endorsed by perinatal health practitioners. The cards set out to provide guidance and promote self-compassion, and the power of targeted support for mothers during a vulnerable and life-changing transition.

10% of proceeds will be donated to Perinatal Anxiety & Depression Australia (PANDA), supporting families experiencing perinatal depression and/or anxiety.

Shipping

We understand that you are just as excited about your order as we are about our products!

At checkout you have the option of selecting Flat Rate STANDARD or EXPRESS shipping. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney using Australia Post. To help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and keep shipping costs for customers as low as possible, orders are dispatched Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays only (excluding public holidays).

Packaging and Recycling

Our aim at Play Nourish Thrive is to create as little unnecessary waste as possible. We use compostable satchels, labels, and compostable alternatives to bubble wrap. Boxes are from sustainable sources and can be reused or recycled. We will not use conventional bubble-wrap unless your purchase is breakable or would get damaged otherwise. Any bubble-wrap that we do use has been reused from other sources.
